Sahand Miraminy

Sahand comes to the Capital Pride Alliance with over a dozen years’ experience working in Washington, DC’s bustling events industry. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for planning and coordinating many of the organization’s public programs and large-scale Pride events. Previously, he managed event programs for several non-profit organizations in Washington, DC including the National Trust for Historic Preservation. What he enjoys most about Capital Pride is helping countless young LGBTQ+ people experience their first Pride. He is a graduate of George Mason University.
