Pride Talks: #DefundMPD - Educational Forum
A coalition of DC LGBTQ+ organizations are collaborating to host a conversation and educational webinar on calls to Divest/Defund police department budgets. This conversation will provide a space for members of the LGBTQ+ community to gather and learn more about this call to action and how to better support Black communities in this effort. Black Lives Matter, and the LGBTQ+ community must actively work to combat white supremacy and systematic racism.
