LGBTQ Walking Tour at Congressional Cemetery
Join docent Jeffrey Rollins for an LGBTQ tour of Historic Congressional Cemetery in honor of Pride month. HCC is the only known cemetery in the world with a dedicated LGBTQ section. Find out who is buried here and DC’s role in the history of the LGBTQ rights movement!
Please come prepared with comfortable clothing and shoes, as the tours often stray from the main paths. The Cemetery is closed to dogs on Saturdays from 11am – 3pm. Meet by the gatehouse at the cemetery entrance.
Reservations are now required. Tours are free, but a reservation is required. You do not have to bring the ticket with you. No walk-ups allowed.
