Benjamin Jessee

Ben recently joined the Capital Pride Alliance (CPA) as the Executive Assistant beginning June 2024. He recently completed his M.A. in Art History at American University (2023) and B.A. in Art History at the University of Virginia (2021). In his research and studies, Ben has worked to uncover the importance of LGBTQIA+ history throughout many periods of time. With his advocacy, he is passionate about integrating historical findings about gender and sexuality. As a member of the CPA staff, Ben is delighted to continue bringing Pride to the community 365 days a year.
