Add some heat to your December at Capital Pride’s Holiday Heatwave party, sponsored and hosted by the Human Rights Campaign. Partake in the torridly tasty supper treats generously provided by our culinary partners, then quench your thirst with festive holiday drinks, and hot music!

This festive evening allows the opportunity to acknowledge the exceptional work and support provided by the amazing LGBTQ+ community in the national capital region, the Capital Pride Board, Production Team, Staff, dedicated Volunteers, Advocates, and Partners.

Become a Friend of Pride – End of Year Giving

As a Friend of Pride you will help the LGBTQ+ community in the National Capital Region celebrate, educate, support, and inspire our multi-faceted communities to grow and preserve our history and protect our rights for current and future generations. Your contribution, at any level, will guarantee that the Capital Pride Alliance will have the resources necessary to incorporate new and innovative ideas, suggestions, and efforts into our programming.

The Pride Legacy Fund

Helps keep marque events, such as the Pride Parade, Block Party, Festival, Concert and Trans Pride, free to the public.

Provides direct financial support for community organizations to participate in their first Pride; and

Supports our volunteer programs and provide grants that expand access to events and activities for individuals and organizations that would not otherwise have those opportunities.

Join the Pride Legacy Circle

Individuals who contribute $1,000 or more annually become members of the Pride Legacy Circle, Capital Pride Alliance’s major donor program. Donors at this level benefit from unique experiences and additional event opportunities based on their funding commitment level.
