2021 Rainbow History Project Community Pioneers Awards

Join the Rainbow History Project in recognizing and celebrating its 2021 Community Pioneers! Rainbow History is dedicated to collecting and preserving the LGBT history of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. These thirteen Pioneers are being recognized for their diverse contributions to the LGBT community.

The Welcome Reception starts at 6:30 and will run for an hour with background music by DJ Tezrah honoring the DJs of The ClubHouse. We invite you to catch up with old friends, meet the Pioneers, and video chat with the other virtual attendees as you make your way from table to table!

The Awards Gala features remarks by the Pioneers themselves with individual introductions by RHP Board Members and Friends of RHP. This section of the evening will start promptly at 7:30 p.m. EST.

We invite you to stick around for the After Party and more video chatting with another custom set by DJ Tezrah once the Awards are over.
