Capital Pride 2024, WorldPride 2025, & Beyond Info Session: Community Organizations

The Capital Pride Alliance (CPA) partners with organizations to assist in creating a “Pride” experience that is full of diverse events and activities for the LGBTQ+ community in the Nation’s Capital. These events take place both during the annual Capital Pride Celebration and throughout the calendar year as part of Pride 365.

CPA is engaging with the community to identify new and existing partners who can help enhance the annual Capital Pride Celebration, prepare for WorldPride Washington, DC 2025, and foster new relationships that will extend into 2026 and beyond. We estimate around 700,000 individuals attend the Capital Pride Celebration annually. For WorldPride 2025, we anticipate that up to 3,000,000 people will be here to experience the largest LGBTQ+ event ever held in our Nation’s Capital.

During this informational session, we’ll be sharing general details regarding opportunities for community organizations to partner with CPA in the coming years. We will need partners throughout the DMV who can help showcase what makes our Nation’s Capital and surrounding region so great, and we look forward to learning more about your ideas and talents!
