Spend your New Queer’s Eve ringing in Pride in the most fashionable way possible – with a headlining DJ set from Aquaria, the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 10!
We’ll kick the party off in the Kogod Courtyard with plenty of underground club vibes, courtesy of Atlanta’s Leonce and Newark’s Ase Manual
And starting at 9:30 p.m. the House of Sonique will be taking over the Luce Foundation Center to bring you the best D.C.-local queer nightlife, packaged into an experience like you’ve never seen before!
Be sure to take a look outside the museum when you arrive, as the building will be bathed in rainbow lights – an awesome opportunity to take the perfect Pride pic with your friends.

The Capital Pride Honors
7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Join us for the Capital Pride Honors, prior to the Kick-Off Party, at the Luce Foundation Center at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, where we will acknowledge outstanding individuals, leaders, and activists who have furthered the causes important to the LGBTQ+ community in the national capital region and beyond. Following the reception join the party to kick-off Pride 2019 and our Celebration in the Nation’s Capital.
Only an additional $10, with purchase of your ticket to Countdown! Pride Celebration Kick-Off Party. Additional ticket includes complimentary cocktails and tastings from our culinary partners.
