Bernie Delia

Bernie has been a member of the Board since Capital Pride Alliance’s founding in 2008. He was President of the Board from 2011 through 2017, having previously served as Vice President. Bernie, who has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 1982, worked in the White House at the start of the Clinton Administration and served as an appointee at the Justice Department for the remainder of the President’s term. He is currently an attorney with the federal government. From 1990 to 1993 he served as President of the Board of Directors of Dignity/Washington.
