Dai Nguyen

Dai has been a Board Member of the Capital Pride Alliance since 2020. As a Board member, she has served on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, in managing the “StillWe Lead” initiative as a way to bring different leaders and community members together for courageous conversations. She joined the organization in 2015, serving as an Executive Producer for many of Capital Pride’s events and programs, including entertainment for Capital Trans Pride. Dai has been an active in the areas of Arts and Entertainment since the age of 5, when she first stepped on stage to perform. In the last decade she has performed, planned, hosted, volunteered and produced events/programs related to the Arts. Whether on the Board or the production team, she has always aspired to create an experience that is meaningful for her community and hopes to inspire others to be their true authentic selves. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Naval Postgraduate School.
